Organic Stir Fry Choy Sum

The Choy Sum
This is Choy Sum, similar to Bok Choy, you can grow easily in your garden with seeds.

ORGANIC STIR FRY CHOY SUM Serve 2 people

Ingredients: Organic Choy Sum 1 bunch Oil 2 tbsps Garlic 2 cloves, minced Salt, a dash Fish sauce, 1 tsp

Methods: Wash Choy Sum thoroughly three times and chop it bite size, heat up oil in a wok, put in minced garlic first, then when the garlic turned yellowish, put in your washed and cut Choy Sum, stir fry until it soft but not too soft, about 3 minutes.
