ORGANIC STIR FRY CHOY SUM Serve 2 people
Ingredients: Organic Choy Sum 1 bunch Oil 2 tbsps Garlic 2 cloves, minced Salt, a dash Fish sauce, 1 tsp
Methods: Wash Choy Sum thoroughly three times and chop it bite size, heat up oil in a wok, put in minced garlic first, then when the garlic turned yellowish, put in your washed and cut Choy Sum, stir fry until it soft but not too soft, about 3 minutes. Put in a dish and ready to be served.
